Exchanges:
Exchanges can be changed for a different size.  Items must be in original condition, shoes cannot have any damage or be worn outside and have to be exchanged within 14 days of delivery date. Hypo will provide a prepaid shipping label by email. 

Returns:
If you are not happy with your Hypo gear.  Please return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition, Hypo is responsible for return shipping cost. Money will be refunded upon receiving returned order. Contact customer service by email or phone and return address will be provided.

Defective or Flawed Product:
Hypo stands behind all of its products. If you purchased an item and you believe it is flawed or defective, please contact customer service at 970-631-5300 or email us at info@hypofootwear.com.
